Delivery Policy:
Dispatch dates are displayed on my Etsy listings, and I do my best to dispatch ASAP within this time frame. If for any reason I cannot meet these dates I will contact you to check if the new date is suitable or if you would prefer to cancel for a full refund.
Expected delivery times via Royal Mail:
UK: 1-3 working days after shipment
EU: 3-6 working days after shipment
Rest of World: 5-10 working days from shipment

Please note these dates are not guaranteed, delivery times may be longer due to public holidays, customs delays, strikes or during busy periods.

International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Royal Mail expected delivery date.

International customers are responsible for ensuring the goods are acceptable in their country and for payment of all local taxes, customs duty, processing and import fees.

Please make sure that your delivery address is correct. Because of seller protection rules I can only ship to the address on the order. If a different address is requested after order placement then a new order will need to be placed and the previous one cancelled.

Refund Policy / Right to Cancel:
All our consumer sales on Etsy.com are subject to English laws, including the Consumer Rights act 2015, and The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The customer may request to cancel / receive a refund up until the end of 14 calendar days after the date of delivery.
You must send your cancellation notice to me so that I receive it before this period has expired, by post, email or via Etsy Conversations. I would highly recommend using Etsy Conversations for this so that records of communications are available to Etsy's administration.

For cancellations I will refund the order value within 14 days of cancellation (where goods have not yet been despatched), or within 14 days of me receiving the returned goods. The customer is chargeable, up to original order value, for goods that are not received back or are returned damaged . The order should be returned in its original packaging and be in a clean, resaleable condition.

Returns of cancelled items are to be arranged by the customer and are at the customers cost. Returns are at customer risk and customers are recommended to ensure adequate packing and insurance for loss or damage in transit. A service with proof of posting and proof of delivery should be used.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Custom made or personalised orders (such as wedding stationary)
Digital downloads or e-mailed files.

For international returns from outside the UK please mark the parcel "RETURNED GOODS". You will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form . I cannot refund import duties or taxes paid by you for receipt of the goods into your country, you will need to do that yourself, please keep copies of all paperwork and proof of posting of returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.
