Hi Melissa! Sorry to hear you had difficulties editing the Pet Adoption Certificate. As the preview listing is indicates, the certificate requires an editing program like Photoshop and there is also the option to customize for an additional fee. There are many tutorials available on YouTube with tips regarding editing layers and various commands you may find useful. Photoshop is very user friendly once you become familiarized with the basics. With that said, the certificates offered through my ETSY shop are sold with the intent to support great causes like pet rescue at a very low cost. So, if you were unable to complete the certificate, you can order a customized version for your pet.

2 out of 5 starsI will say the turn around was within minutes but the seller was oddly rude. I have never experienced this on Etsy before. We had a simple technical error which possessed her to be extremely condescending. Even her initial message to me was pretty...bitchy. I bought a lighthearted pet adoption certificate to give to my fiancé on our wedding day when he becomes the cats "father." I wasn't aware something funny and playful like this needed so much attitude to make.

4 out of 5 starsIf you don't have the appropriate software, you can't customize it properly. I had to save it as a picture, copy it to a ppt, and manually add info through text boxes. Otherwise, it was cute and well received.
