The ring came out beautiful, even though the colour for the gem was difficult for me to choose because I had such a specific shade in mind, she went through many options with me and the gem we ended up choosing was stunning! The ring itself is well crafted, and she went the extra step to re-polish it and ease my concerns before sending it out. The sparkles on the gem are so pretty and shiny. It fits perfectly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'm so happy with how the ring turned out.

Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
Yes, we can make things for you. If you like our designs but don't particular love it, talk to us about making changes to suit your taste. It can be a different stone, different metal or make slight changes to the overall design, we are certainly open to ideas.
Prices will vary based on the details and materials of the overall product.
Shipping time to the US?
Shipping from our shop to the US can take between 5 to 18 days depending on the type of service you chose. Regular shipping can only be tracked till it reaches the US boarder so full tracking is always recommended.
Once a parcel gets to US customs you will be able to track it's location with your local service, but please allow it enough time as the screening process can take up to a week.
How long is production time?
Most of our items can be made in about 4~6 weeks. Many of the things you see in the store can be made in just 14 days, but if you're looking for things that require a little customization such as a different ring size or a different metal, please allow 6 weeks for us to make it for you from scratch.
From October till January each year we do get very busy, so allow an extra 2 weeks for anything custom made.
What are you policies with custom and tax?
Import fees, duties, handling fees, customs charges, or any other charge imposed by your government are the buyer's responsibility. You can use an online duty calculator or contact your country's customs office directly to help estimate what import fees your purchase might incur in your country.
Items returned to us for nonpayment of import fees will be refunded less original shipping cost upon their safe return. Refused or abandoned packages often take several months to be returned to the sender.
If you live in the UK, please be aware that the import threshold in your country is very low (meaning that you may be taxed even on small purchases), and that the Royal Mail Post Office may also choose to levy an additional £8 handling fee.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for faulty items or change of minds except for custom made items.
Terms for refunds are listed in the shop policy, however, please be aware that refunds will be subjected to a $25.00 AUD fee to cover shipping, tax and other fees. Only the balance after the fee will be refunded to your account.
