Shipping and Delivery Problems?
To prevent USPS delivery issues, please verify your shipping address and ensure the recipient’s name is included for gifts. Contact us immediately if you notice any errors. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, you will be required to pay additional shipping to re-mail the order. Alternatively, you may request a refund for the item price only, which will be processed once the returned package is received.
Once your local postal service marks a package as 'Delivered,' we no longer have tracking access and cannot resolve delivery discrepancies. Please contact your local post office.
Sold Out Items?
Typically patches will be restocked within 1-4 days, on some occasions certain patches will take longer to be restocked. When patches take longer than the original timeframe they are most likely being worked on for better quality and will be back in the store within 2 weeks. If a patch does not return within 2 weeks, it will probably not return to the shop again.
When do orders ship?
Orders are typically shipped every Tuesday and Friday except for Holidays. In the event the shipping date lands on a Holiday, the orders will be shipped a business day before or after.
Do you offer custom orders?
Check our store page header for current custom order status. We periodically accept custom Pokemon based orders starting at $35, varying by design complexity.

Do you offer Velcro?
Please note that Velcro backing is currently unavailable for most items. We are in the process of testing Velcro on a select few designs to guarantee quality control. We appreciate your patience as we work on expanding our options!
