Enjoying the journey....
When I hit my 3,000th sale on Etsy, my sister said I had finally earned my ‘Masters in Bannerology.’
That day I actually celebrated with the ladies in the post office and ordered take-out pizza for dinner.
My main studio is…drum roll please…in my dining room- the hub of the house- my ‘control center’ filled with banner supplies, homeschool books, kids, family, and friends.
I love the fact that through creative trial and error, blisters on my hands and many late nights, I have designed ‘my look’ that people love! I am grateful for every bride and ‘event celebrator’ that I get to work with.
Now, after many years of banner making, I decided to stretch and learn a new skill. Learning to draw better turned into coloring book publishing! It's been a fun way to unwind at the end of the day, and I sure do love watching my grandkids color to their hearts content and make my books come alive.
Coloring is a wonderful way to slow down, relax, and find peace. We are creative by nature. Let it bring you joy!
