Do I have to pay customs when I receive my package?
I am located in Europe so please, be aware that there might be added taxes and customs fees in your country when purchasing handmade dolls. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay them.
This is not applicable with linoprints or paintings since they will be shipped on an envelope.
What happens if my item has not arived on schedule?
Please contact me as soon as possible so that I can claim to the carrier when the package has a tracking number.
I won´t be responsible if more than 3 months have passed since the purchase.
Delivery options
Most of the items will be sent out via Correos España un-tracked.
Original, one of a kind paintings and dolls will be shipped with tracked mail.
