If you see a picture you like here and it's not on what you want it to be on, or there's a specific parrot or coloration you'd like to see, or if you have any ideas in general, please let me know. I try to have a selection of items, but please use the custom order button on the left side of the screen if you don't see what you want. I'm new to online commerce so I welcome any feedback. Free shipping on all orders over $35. I will donate ten percent of all profits to the Phoenix Landing Foundation (www.phoenixlanding.org), a non-profit dedicated to parrot welfare and advocating for those without protection. I want to explain why I don't accept order cancellations. I use third-party production services, and once an order is placed, it's sent to them and enters "production" status. At that point, I'm obligated to pay the production costs out of pocket, even if the order were cancelled on Etsy. I could put a two day delay on sending items to production that would allow for a two day cancellation window, but that would delay the order by two days. If I get a sense that a majority of customers prefer that, then I will change it, so let me know if you have feelings on the issue.
