Custom and personalized orders

I love creating custom orders! Please send me a message and we can work together to create the perfect accessory for your pet! Personalized information such as name and phone number can be added to any design.

Sizing details

Collars are sized in 2” increments with 1/2” adjustments. This means that a 15-17” collar size will fit a 16” neck on the center hole.

To measure your pet for the perfect fit I recommend using a collar that they are comfortable wearing to measure. Each listing has an image showing how to easily measure a pets collar.

Ideally a collar should fit snuggly enough that it will not slide over the ears and head and with 2-3 fingers fitting underneath between neck and collar. If you need additional information on fitting feel free to send me a message and I will be happy to help!

Care instructions

Biothane is waterproof, smell proof, and very easy to clean. Use a soft rag and mild soapy water to wipe dirt away, a soft toothbrush can be used to clean around any crystals in the design.

Because Biothane is a synthetic material it does not require any oiling or conditioning like traditional leather products.

Returns and Refunds

All custom orders are final.

Because of the nature of custom orders I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds. All custom orders are sent a proof to be approved before any work is begun. Please check this proof fully and carefully before approving.

Shipping

Please be aware that USPS has been experiencing delays in shipping. All packages are sent with tracking information, but once it is turned over to USPS it is out of my hands. Refunds will not be issued for delays in shipping. If you believe your package to be lost please send me a message and I will attempt to help.
