We strive to offer the best quality products as well as timely processing/delivering. As such, the raw prints of our masks due not include straps with the masks. The size variables among heads as well as making sure they are attached slows down the process from print to ship. We found a lot of times people cut the straps off to help paint their masks as well so the time was better used elsewhere. Elastic can be picked up from Walmart, Hobby Lobby, or your local craft store. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to use prior to purchasing so we can answer them.

Unfortunately, Etsy's system doesn't allow for pictures to be uploaded at purchase. These will need to be messaged via Etsy's messenger system. We try to reach out as soon as an order is placed, but if it's not immediate please be concerned. You are more then welcome to send us the picture or will reach out to you within a few hours of when it was purchased.

We do our best to get everything out in time. Depending on demand our processing time takes 1-4 weeks. We can’t guarantee that items will be ready for your event if it’s within that timeframe. Sometimes we allow for faster processing, but this is not the same thing when selecting expedited shipping. Shipping only deals with the post office and now how fast we can make it. If you have questions please let us know.

We purchase all of our materials based on the orders we have in the queue. Once an order is in we make sure we have materials for it. Each one is made specifically for the person whop purchased it. We do our best to let everyone know the time it takes for processing and shipping so we appreciate the understanding when it comes to no cancellations.

We own 3D printers that help us create the products that we sell. We made a decision early on to not keep "stock" of items. We wanted the versatility of 3D printing to change things on demand. So this means we do everything Made to Order. Print times for an item can vary between a few hours to about a day (crazy right?!?). Because of this our processing time is a wide window to make sure we have enough time to get it printed, cleaned up, and out the door.

Short answer: Yes. Long answer: As stated above we do everything on demand and give ourselves a window for 3D printed items that we know we can hit. When demand is higher its closer to the end of the range, when demand is low its closer to the beginning of the range. We rarely miss deadlines (that are set by the processing time) so rest assured it will be shipped within that window. Delivery time is different, so please take that into consideration when purchasing.

Similar to the Print on Demand answer, the short answer is yes, the long answer is sort of. We have 3D printers that are machines that help us but we do everything else by hand. Each one is technically custom made even though we have sizes. This is in part as to why we don't allow for cancellations and returns. A lot of materials, time, and effort is put into making these products.

If a wrong address is selected we’ll need to cancel the order and reorder it if you want to change it. If we don’t hear back on the if you want to cancel/reorder it will be shipped to the shipping address on final.

My favorite question! 3D printing is so versatile and we have so many things we love that it's easy to provide services to multiple types of people. Yes, this probably hurts us from a search perspective here, but honestly we would rather help out different walks of life than focus on just one product type. Plus that's really boring and this is supposed to be fun!
