How do I access my template after purchasing it?
To access your template, please download the file from your Etsy account using a web browser on your computer or mobile device. Please note that digital files cannot be downloaded through the Etsy mobile app or directly from email.
Here’s how:
1. Log in to your Etsy account using a browser.
2. Click “Your account” (top right).
3. Go to “Purchases and reviews.”
4. Next to the order, select "Download files". This will take you to the download page for all the files attached to your order.
5. You will then get your PDF file with the links.
6. Look for the clickable (underlined) link.
7. The link will take you to Canva.com, where you can access your template. You’ll need to sign up for a free account.”
What should I do if I didn’t receive my order?
Sometimes digital orders on Etsy can take a little longer than expected to appear, even though they are usually available for instant download. This can happen for a few reasons. For example, if you used Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature, the email linked to your Etsy account may be different from your Apple ID email, which can sometimes cause confusion. In other cases, there may be a temporary technical issue or a delay with payment processing.
No worries, there’s no need to purchase the item again. Just send me a message and I’ll be happy to send you your PDF with the links.
How do I edit my designs?
You can edit your templates directly in Canva (for free), a very user friendly platform for customizing your designs. Your purchase includes two short Canva tutorials to help with editing and printing, which can be found in the same PDF file in your Etsy purchases. Most of my designs are fully customizable. If the tutorials don’t answer all your questions, feel free to send me a message and I’ll be happy to help.
My download link isn’t working. What should I do?
To access your PDF file, try opening it in a PDF viewer or app. Some email providers and security filters can block or flag PDF files that contain links. This can happen due to security policies aimed at preventing phishing, malware, or malicious URLs. If your link still isn’t working, don’t worry, send me a message and I’ll be happy to help you access your file.
Do you offer template customization service?
At the moment, we do not offer a customization service. All our templates are designed to be easily customized by our customers and your purchase includes two short tutorials to help you quickly edit and print your designs. We also recommend checking the demo version available in the description of each template.
What paper is ideal for printing my invitation?
The ideal is White Cardstock, Opaline Paper or Matte Photo Paper, with any of these papers you will obtain excellent quality.
I made my purchase, but I don’t have access to this email anymore. How can I get my order?
No worries! There’s no need to purchase the item again. Just send me a message and I’ll be happy to send you your PDF with the links to the correct email.
Can I get a refund for my order?
Because this item is a digital download, refunds are not available. This follows Etsy’s policy for digital products, which are non-refundable once the purchase has been completed.
Why are digital items non-refundable?
Digital files are delivered instantly after purchase, which means they cannot be returned like a physical item. For that reason, Etsy does not allow refunds for digital downloads.
