An important part of your shopping experience with us is your satisfaction with the products you've ordered. Please read our policies carefully in full before you place your order. Each order placed signifies you are in agreement with our policies.

May I make Order Changes or Cancel my order?

* Payment for each product is immediate upon placing the order. Once an order has been submitted, there is a $5 fee to make a change and 10$ to cancel plus 20% of your order will be applied if your order has reached the design team. If an order is cancelled after it has entered into any stage of production, cancellation fees will apply. If the order has already gone to print, you will be charged in full. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your selections before submitting an order. Changing an order while in process may increase our processing time.

Due to the nature of instant downloads payment cannot be refunded and changes cannot be made once orders are placed.

••Physical Products••
If your order was not filled properly or if it became damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us here on Etsy so we may help you through the process on which route to take. Any problems with your order must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. We will not be able to offer credits or replacements after that time period. Lost in transit orders must be reported within 7 days of non-delivered items, anything beyond that time frame is considered shipped on our end. Once product ships from our manufacturers we have little control over shipments and any issues regarding delivery would have to be brought up with the carrier. If you do not receive your package after tracking it you must call the carrier to make a claim with them. They will start a trace and begin the investigation process for you to make a claim on non-delivery. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep your original packaging as proof. The carrier will schedule a time with you to inspect the damage. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS and items as such may not be returned due to the custom nature of the product. From time to time errors do occur, if there is a mistake on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order and apply a 10% discount on a replacement order and should you need to have your order redone, it will be processed with a courtesy in plant rush (usually 2 -3 business days). Additional time may be needed if a proof is required or if the order is being filled during busy seasons. Thank you for understanding!

**Incomplete orders, will be placed on hold if we cannot reach you! If item(s) ordered with details missing from the order form in "notes to seller" at checkout - we cannot be held responsible for orders left with unanswered questions that we will need in order to fulfill custom orders i.e. item colors, print colors, and or details for print! We will attempt to reach you but if unsuccessful after several attempts we will place your order on hold until we hear from you!

•• Online Sample and Product Selection Terms ••
***Actual colors vs. online images can vary from monitor to monitor and do not always accurately portray the actual color of online samples and images are simply representational only. Every printer calibrates colors and ink differently, prints may be sightly different than what is viewed on your monitor. Please also note that no two items are ever alike, every order placed is custom and an exact match to what may be viewed on an online sample such a place of text, graphics, etc. will slightly vary product to product. Online samples, graphics and text may appear larger on product samples and not necessarily for print, there is a maximum print area that varies product to product. Mock-up designs are samples only and are intended to give you a visual, please keep this in mind when ordering custom party products as well as color selections and customer choices that are fully up to the buyer, we have little control over colors and what may be viewed online. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee that a product or print color will be an exact match to the colors represented on your device/computer/phone etc.. We do our best to represent product colors for you to make selections based on your needs, party theme and can make suggestions but cannot be held responsible for the actual choices placed within an order. It is nearly impossible for us to know the exact colors, type-style fonts you may like best or the colors or fonts that suit your taste - each listing shows color charts for you to select from to help in the online ordering process.

•• Manufacture notes Foil Stamping vs. Digital printing methods
Foil Stamping is a more dramatic graphic art then printing with ink, but differs in several important ways. Please note when using foil, on intricate detail and tiny print, fill in will most likely occur (gold and silver foils are least likely to exhibit this tendency but may happen) Foil adheres to the surface rather than absorbed like ink and unlike ink may be rubbed off (when ordering guest towels less foil is best if the guest towels are used in wet areas) to help prevent this possibility. Although we will be happy to advise you on the likelihood of fill in, we cannot be responsible for the above conditions as it is the industry standard of foil stamping method in the USA

•• PROOFS & Custom Options
***The first proof is complementary there after you may purchase additional Type-set printers proof for $6.95. All orders placed will be designed with the notes to seller you entered at the time of check out, placement, graphics and text will be approximate, no two items print exact to online samples- every item designed is custom made with your specifications and sent to our commercial printer. In order for us to process your item(s) in a timely manor it is imperative that you include all the information needed for us to complete your order! All personalized text and custom selections must be placed onto your order form at the time of checkout, not what may have been mentioned in messages or convos to us. Messages get lost in transit and overlooked which will delay the order process. Incomplete orders will be placed on hold, we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete orders. Please consider time sensitive party plans may not be offered a proof as it does add additional time to process. Please see shipping schedules and terms below for a better idea on proofs, rush service and production schedules.

•• Party Supply Size Terms
*** Cup Sales and Party Products in general, best practice when ordering cups please read each listing for approximate size available for intended use. Listings include measurements and should be helpful when selecting just the right size item. Keep in mind cup size in fluid ounces is the total amount of fluid when a cup is filled to the brim not including ice. Cup sizes are measured in Ounces (oz) and indicate the total fluid volume when a cup is filled, without ice. The displayed ounces (oz) are intended to be an approximate measurement and are not a guarantee of exact volume If you have questions about a particular size please inbox us so we can guide you. Each cup, napkin, plate and so forth has a certain purpose and are available is several choices. Cup sizes are approximate and are not a guarantee of exact volume, it's best to order a cup size up if you are not sure. Also please note, Napkin sizes can vary by color ordered and size is approximate which is the industry standard here in the USA.

••Customer supplied art for print
***If you would like to use your own art we offer custom plate options, in vector art file formats .ai, .eps and the following rules apply. Copyrights & Trademarks: All copy & artwork submitted by the customer will be accepted by Party Paper Presents as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, licensing, patent, copyright, right of privacy, or similar protection. Please make sure you have the rights to use the art work you are supplying us for print. Party Paper Presents will be held harmless from all claims and cost arising from issues if you do not have the rights and sent in art that we have little control over knowing the rights you have been authorized to use for print. We trust you will use good judgement with Any SUPPLIED ART you intend to use. Customer supplied art contained on this site are not for sale and are not an endorsement from their owners, nor do we offer any endorsement of their owners. By placing a custom order, we reserve the right to use any overruns for digital media, print media and/or product samples illustrating our printing capabilities.

••Shipping Schedules and Terms
• Please allow 10 - 14 BUSINESS days for your custom item to be designed, crafted, and proofed typically 2-3 weeks for shipment from the time of placing your order. As a reminder we are closed weekends and Monday. Expect longer processing times during high volume ordering seasons, Wedding, Graduation, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. We ship FEDEX ground or UPS ground. You will be provided with tracking information along with your shipment notification. Shipments with FEDEX typically reach their US destination within 3-5 days of shipment after the production time needed mentioned above ^. ***Please allow time when planning, design time and production time. Turnaround time is five to seven business days for production without a proof if you are in a rush, seven to ten business days with a proof request and up to three to five days to ship depending on where your custom products will ship to. Please plan enough time for important dates. We also offer RUSH service for a fee and have expedited shipping methods. (contact us for rates) RUSH service is only available certain times of the year, and may not be during high volume ordering seasons; holidays, wedding season, graduation etc.. Orders requiring a proof cannot be rushed, only after a proof has been approved may a RUSH be placed on an order. Our commercial printer reserves the right to refuse RUSHED orders certain times of the year HIGH VOLUME ORDERING SEASONS and or on low stocked inventory. We have limited control over shipments once they leave the warehouse, shipment schedules are not guaranteed- anything beyond our control would have to be brought up with Fedex or UPS. ***Errors
Customer Error: It is vital that you carefully check the text/colors on your online preview before submitting your proof approval. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete text. However, if there is a mistake on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order and apply a 10% discount for you as a courtesy. The discount does not effect the cost of your shipping to reorder your mistake.
Our Error: From time to time, errors may occur. If there is a printing error on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of receiving it so we may reprint the item. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority RUSH status at no additional charge and are reprinted at no cost to you.

***Lost in Transit or Damaged Shipment
If your order arrives damaged or was lost in shipping transit, any problems with your order must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. How long do custom orders take?

Please allow 10 to 14 BUSINESS days for your custom item(s) to be designed, proofed, crafted, and shipped- typically 2-3 weeks from the time your order is placed. What colors should I select based on my needs?

Actual colors vs. online images can vary from monitor to monitor and do not always accurately portray the actual color of online sample images and are representational only. May I order fewer quantities?

The minimum order is 50 on all custom orders and must be the same design, same colors in a single print run unless otherwise stated in a particular listing.

How do I place an order and add personlaized information?

You may use the drop down menu to select items needed, minimum order is 50 and up. Shopping by device, tablet or phone, items details are listed from the drop down arrow that reads Item Details. Please include in "notes to seller" at checkout the details of you order for print i.e. text, colors and any special request or instructions we will need to complete your custom order. Custom details must be on your order form and not what may have been mentioned in convos, they can get lost in translation and hunting for them is a sea of many will add time to process your order.

What is the difference in hot foil stamping vs. letterpress foil stamping?

We haven't always offered both, simply put the equipment used is the main difference. Foil stamping will give you a slight impression using a simulated hot stamping method or Letterpress foil is used with traditional letterpress equipment leaving a deeper impression. Both beautiful however letterpress is more expensive and each method is available in our shop depending on your budget and the look you want to obtain in the final print quality or process used. Please reach out to me if you would like to know more about our printing methods.

What if I see a design I love within the shop but I would like it on different item not shown?

You may have any of my designs within the shop placed on different products offered, we have listings available that will allow you to order any design on that particular item. As an example, you love a design on a napkin featured but you would like it on a party cup as well, you can do that!

Do you offer other custom items not shown in the shop?

Often times yes! Perhaps you are looking for something custom and don't see it featured here on Etsy, it may be because it hasn't been listed yet or it may be something we only carry on our main website. Please reach out to me if you have a particular item in mind, I will hunt down the deets for you if it's something we offer.
