ALL ORDERS: Due to the custom nature of our products, once work has begun, your order is not refundable. However, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your Party So Perfect experience, so please let us know if there is an issue and we'll do our best to make you happy.

DIGITAL ORDERS: Social Party & Paper is only responsible for the design and proper preparation of your digital files. All digital files are set up for professional printing in the file format you choose. f you are printing at home or with a local printer, we cannot be held responsible for the end result of your printed project. We guarantee a high quality file for you to use for printing, but cannot guarantee how your printer will print them out. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for costs associated with poor print quality due to a third party printer.

PRINT ORDERS: Once your proof has been approved and sent to the printer, we cannot make changes. It is your responsibility to review and approve your digital proof before the printing process.
Payment
Payment is required in full at time of purchase. Custom work cannot begin until payment has been received. We accept payment via Etsy Direct Checkout and PayPal.
Shipping
DIGITAL ORDERS: Your file(s) will be sent to the email address on file with Etsy within the processing time you choose when placing your order. (2 to 3 business days or within 24 hours). Please keep in mind that custom orders may take longer.

PRINT ORDERS: Printed invitations are shipped within 3 business days of proof approval. Free FedEx shipping is included for US customers and usually arrive within 2-3 business days. A shipping notification and tracking number will be sent to you via Etsy message upon shipping. International customers must purchase the listing for International Shipping, located here:

{COLOR VARIATIONS}
By purchasing this listing, you are acknowledging that you understand that printed colors may vary from one computer monitor to another, as well as from one printer to another; therefore, Social Party & Paper cannot be responsible for color variations. The color displayed on your screen may not be the EXACT color that is printed. Because there are many variables that may affect printing results, no refunds or revisions of colors may be done if you don't like the color that is printed versus the color you see on your screen.

{PRINT QUALITY AND ISSUES}
Social Party & Paper is only responsible for the design and proper preparation of your digital files. We guarantee a high quality file for you to use for printing, but cannot guarantee how your printer will print them out. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for costs associated with poor print quality due to a third party printer.

HOME PRINTING: Most home printers cannot handle cardstock thicker than #60/60lb cover stock. If you would like thicker invitations (we recommend 100-130 lb), we recommend that you have your invitations professionally printed.

PRINT SHOP: On the few occasions that our customers are unhappy with their printing, it is almost always a result of the print shop chose, how the customer has downloaded and submitted their file, or the customer is trying to print to a size that the invitation is not set up for. For better printing results, we suggest the following:
*Don't use mobile devices/cell phones to save and/or send files to the printer.
*Make sure you know where you'll be sending your files to print and if they have "odd" sizes. We can change the size ahead for you.
*Ask for a test print or proof from your printer before ordering a large number of prints.

If you are not satisfied with your third party printing experience, please check with the printer before contacting us. We are happy to verify that the file you were sent has been prepared correctly.
