These are perfect for my daughter‘s first birthday. They are big enough. The quality is great. The picture came out amazing and I would definitely buy these again.

CUSTOM ORDERS
You can message us directly along with any images to help us determine pricing. We will do our best to respond quickly, but timing will vary if we are in production with orders. Turn around time is 24-48 hours.
CUSTOM ORDERS are NON-REFUNDABLE or RETURNABLE. Please be sure to review order and confirm details are correct before submitting order.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production time varies with orders as all our orders are handmade after payment and confirmation of information is received. We will do our best to get your item shipped as soon as its ready. Rush production is available for those that need an item sooner. If your item requires a proof, please respond as soon as possible in order to expedite the process.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For unfinished Styrofoam it's best not to use spray paint as it can eat away at the material. Painted on acrylics or latex are recommended by brush or roller for best to use.

All sizes are approximate on orders.

Custom orders may be cancelled and fully refundable within 1 hours of payment as production begins immediately. Please message us directly on your order to request your refund if with 1 hour time frame.
FOAM QUALITY
Unlike other sellers on Etsy all of our foam is sourced in USA out of high quality eps foam.
We do not use low grade quality foam that is almost powder and needs to be "puttied" to hide all the major imperfections of the low quality foam. We have a stringent quality control and only use the best quality foam. Foam is porous and will show visible pock marks.
SHIPPING
All of our items are shipped from the USA via FedEx. We do our best to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.
After your order has been picked up and scanned by delivery vendor you will receive an email notification via Etsy with tracking information. Please give it 24 hours to start monitoring tracking number sent from Etsy or is listed on your Etsy account "purchases" section for delivery status.
Partysigns.net is not responsible for incorrect shipping address. Customer is responsible to notify us of any incorrect shipping address before product leaves warehouse and for re-shipment of boxes. Please be advised Fedex only delivers to residential address and NOT a P.O. Box
DAMAGE
It is customer responsibility to notify us within 24 hours of receiving order of any damage to letters and pictures of all sides of shipping boxes. We will file a damage claim and work with you to get your order replaced. After 24 hours we are not responsible for any replacements.
We highly suggest you open all packages and exam your order to contact us immediately so we can assist you.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Buyer is responsible for verifying shipping address on Etsy account. If a order is returned to us due to incorrect address we are not responsible for re-shipping package(s). Customer will be responsible and we will do our best to accomdate you on getting your order re-shipped at a responsible fee. It's extremly important for you to notify us before shipment if you have an updated shipping address. We will not verify information provided to us on Etsy order receipt.
Returns
We DO NOT accept Returns as all of our orders are “made to order”. Please be sure you are aware of what your receiving prior to purchase.
