I cannot thank Paru enough! I live in California USA, and my brother-in-law lives in India. 2 years ago was my first Rakhi for my BIL and I wanted to make it special. Paru didn’t have the Rakhi I initially wanted (because I ordered so close to Rakhi) but offered me many other choices. Fast forward to 2020 Rakhi, with Covid I wasn’t sure if my Rakhi from US would mail in time. Paru was able to mail it from Mumbai to Indore on my behalf and even wrote a personalized note on my behalf to my BIL. Paru even sent me a picture and confirmed so quickly, even with 13 hour time difference, what my Rakhi card and bracelet would look like. She also sent me confirmation that my Rakhi arrived to my BIL. Thank you soooo much, Paru, for making our Rakhi special!!!
