2 out of 5 starsThe item (pair of stiletto shoes) was ok, the quality was ok, and the delivery time taken wasn't too bad, coming from Asia. However, the problem occurs with this seller, when you need to send an item back for an exchange, or refund. I ordered the recipients size, but unfortunately they aren't quite right and were a touch too tight. So I messaged the seller to send them back, for an exchange or refund, and was told that it wasn't financially worth it to them, and that they would send a replacement size (after I explained that the recipient required the next size up). They said just keep that pair. Well, now I am stuck with that pair of shoes, and they haven't sent replacement shoes. We are two months on from my purchase, and no further forward, and as such I cannot recommend this seller, and urge others not to use them.
