I didn’t know what to expect from this workbook but I’ve been following Mallorie’s work for some time and knew it would be worth it. After scrolling through the material, reading it and doing the guided exercises, I am happy to say that it is worth it. The material is well organized and explained, and even though I already have some experience communicating with my guides, the questions and exercises are helping me connect to them even more and be more open to receiving their messages. It is also helping me work more efficiently with my “clairs” and clearly identify when I’m tapping into something or a message is coming through. It is a very complete and helpful guide.
