5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely love the Persephone candle! The scents of pomegranate and gardenia are beautiful. It is slightly fruity and floral. The scent fills the room without being overpowering. The jar is so pretty and I plan to recycle it as a succulent planter! Definitely a lovely, unique candle and I would buy again!

We actually began purchasing candles from Past Scents last year when he was selling locally, and we absolutely fell in love with both the scents and the jars. We bought the Aphrodite candle for Bark & Blossom Vet Studio and it has been such a perfect addition to our clinic. The jar is gorgeous and looks so polished at our front desk, and the The fragrance is lovely. It is warm, refined, and beautifully balanced. We specifically purchase these candles for our veterinary practice to help the space smell incredible, and they do exactly that. Shipping was quick and everything arrived beautifully packaged and secure. 10/10. Couldn’t recommend more!

Care instructions
To help your candle burn beautifully and safely, trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each lighting and keep the wax pool free of debris. Place your candle on a heat-safe, stable surface away from drafts, pets, and anything flammable. For the best burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges on the first light (usually 2–3 hours) to help prevent tunneling, and avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time. If the flame gets too high, flickers heavily, or the jar becomes overly hot, extinguish the candle, let it cool, and trim the wick before relighting. Always burn within sight and let the candle cool completely before moving or covering.
