5 out of 5 starsThe product is beautiful, my MIL loved this gift. But that’s not even the best part about this purchase. Antonella was incredible to work with. There was some miscommunication about when I needed the order by (it was being used as decor for a surprise party), and I was so worried I would be told “you’re shit outta luck” after getting the shipping confirmation saying my item would arrive AFTER the party. I’m so happy to say that was ABSOLUTELY NOT the case with Antonella. She responded immediately, apologized profusely, and got a game plan in place to ensure I would have my product in time. She monitored the shipping status with the plan to make a whole new product and expedite it overnight free of cost. I HIGHLY recommend this company for the products but even more so the amazing customer service. You won’t be disappointed.
