Pastry Shells was founded by Shelly Jones at her cozy Atlanta, Georgia apartment in the Summer of 2010. She opened her Etsy shop to have a chance to focus on adorable decorations and explore her knowledge. Engineer by day and specialty baker and decorator by night, her customized and delicious treats and decorations are perfect for every occasion.
