This eye patch was well designed very comfortable to wear with the soft material stays in place and completely blocks bright light from my bad eye. It is by far the best patch I've been able to find in years

Didn't need customer service. These eye patches are perfect for real eye injuries (& not just people playing pirates or whatever) because they are soft and gentle on the skin. my only issue was getting the damn Velcro stuck in my hair lol so it's kind of difficult to get the patch on for that reason, but I can't think of any way they could change it to fix that issue, so I don't think it's a flaw with the product, just an unfortunate inevitability. Anyway, the patches I ordered were really helpful when my eye was still healing after basically being ripped out of my head 😅& was still sensitive. I had to use gauze and the patch together to hold my eyelid closed while it was healing and these patches did the job comfortably. they're also nice for when I just want to hide my messed up eye lol. thanks!
