My design files come in multiple formats (DST, PES, EXP, JEF, etc.) to fit most commercial and home embroidery machines. Let me know if you need a specific format!

3. Can I request size changes for a design file?

Absolutely! I can resize most designs or even customize them to fit your project perfectly. Just drop me a note before purchase.

4. Do you offer bulk or wholesale patches?

Yes, I do! Contact me for special pricing on bulk orders or custom patch sets for events, brands, or businesses.

5. Can I sell items made with your designs?

Yes—commercial use is allowed for physical items you stitch using my designs. Just don’t resell or share the digital files.

6. How long does it take to receive a custom embroidery design file order?

Turnaround time depends on the complexity, but most custom digitized designs are ready in 1–3 business days.

Turnaround time depends on the complexity, but most custom patches are ready in 3–7 business days and will deliver within 15 days to your doorsteps.

4. Can you digitize my logo or artwork?

Absolutely! I specialize in custom digitizing. Please share a high-resolution image (preferably PNG or SVG), and I’ll turn it into a clean, professional embroidery file tailored to your machine specs.

6. Do you allow refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your files, I’ll be happy to assist or offer a correction.

8. What if I have trouble using the file?
