How quickly do you ship?
We ship within 1 business day of you placing you order
My order says delivered, how ever my order hasn't arrived?
If you paid a $2.25 shipping charge your order may have been sent via first class Flat. This method is a affordable shipping method that provides a trackable method. However, as the post office describes, instead of the traditional barcode, this tracks via distribution centers. When the flat passes through the final distribution center before reaching your local post office, it scans and marks it as delivered.
From our experience, from its final scan from the distribution center it takes about 1-2 business days to reach you.
Look out for a purple envelope sealed with our address labels.

Why is my tracking not updating?
We ship Monday - Friday 9am to 3.30pm and Saturday to 9-12pm. Once your order leaves our facility, we have very little control over what we can do.
If your tracking has taken more than 5 days to update, Please bring it to our attention and we shall investigate it for you.
Oops I didnt update my shipping address?
Please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice it is incorrect, Contact us ASAP. We can only change address before items have shipped
Custom and personalized orders
Yes. Once we cut for your requirement its been customized for you and is non returnable. If you need samples check for the sample request listing in our store.
My order doesn't have a tracking number
If your order has a value of less than $10 and a shipping value of $2.25. Your order was most likely sent via Stamp. This is a cost effective way for us to ship orders to save our customers the most money on small orders. Typically stamped items take 7-10 business days. If you want you item to have a tracking number we recommend you upgrade your shipping to a 1st class package
