Birth Curation

Just like every other major event in life, a birth needs to be prepared for and planned out. Many women are told that there's no point in planning their birth, because it never goes to plan anyways. So my question is, do births not go to plan, because we just aren't preparing in the right ways (or not at all), or it it all just up to chance?
Along with having 4 kids of my own, I have spent over 11 years as a birth doula and photographer, and have observed and witnessed what goes in to making an easier and more memorable birthing experience. So these guides are a curation of the things I believe to aid in this journey, combined with the knowledge I've gained over years of attending a variety of birth and body trainings and courses.
