Unfortunately, Patination Designs does not offer returns/refunds or exchanges on custom made, custom cut out items. If the item you order has the option for a custom size hoop or cut out, please make sure to measure correctly as it will not be able to be returned or exchanged.
Custom and personalized orders
Yes, we do! We offer returns on all standard items within 14 days of the item being received. Please be aware that the piece(s) must be unused in the original packaging and that the Buyer is responsible for return shipping. A refund will be given upon receiving the package. There may be a restocking fee imposed on the order if the item(s) are not in the original packaging or appear to have been used or worn.

While we strive to accurately represent our products in the images provided, please understand that the item you receive may not look exactly like the one pictured.
