Payment can be made via PayPal or Direct Checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account you CAN still pay using a credit/debit card without joining PayPal. For orders paid for with Direct Checkout the item will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

All payments must be made within as soon as possible, no goods will be dispatched until cleared payment is received.

All custom orders do require payment to be made in full before work will start. Should you wish to cancel a custom order please let me know asap.

Purchases will be shipped within 4 working days with the exception of custom orders. All items with a value of £10 or more will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery, lower value items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class.

If you wish to change the shipping option please contact me. I will notify you when your item is despatched.

Custom orders will be despatched within 28 days, often much quicker. I will update you with an estimated delivery date when the order is placed.

Please note that the delivery times from despatch quoted are based on Royal Mail estimates. If after 14 days from the dispatch date you have not received your goods please do let me know.

Delivery times quoted for parcels posted to outside of the UK may take longer as parcels can be delayed in customs or for other reasons outside of my control. Items sent internationally (outside of the UK) may incur a customs fee. Any delays or fees that are incurred are out of my control and the customer will be required to pay any customs fee or import tax.

Please be aware that I regularly use vintage & retro buttons and materials in my designs. The nature of these items means they often have small marks that add character and history.
