When will my order arrive?
Physical products are made to order by one of our trusted production partners. Production usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping time. Delivery times vary by product, destination, and time of year. Please check the estimated delivery date shown on the listing and your Etsy order.
Do you ship internationally?
Shipping availability and cost depend on the product and destination. Etsy will show whether the item can ship to your address, the shipping cost, and the estimated delivery date before checkout.
How are physical products packaged?
Our physical products are made, packaged, and shipped by trusted Printify production partners. Packaging varies depending on the product and production provider. Tracking information will appear in your Etsy order once the package ships.
How do I download my digital purchase?
Sign in to Etsy.com using a computer or mobile browser. Go to Your Account, select Purchases and Reviews, and choose Download Files beside your order. Etsy does not currently allow digital-file downloads through the Etsy app. Guest buyers can use the download link in their Etsy receipt email.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us through Etsy Messages as soon as possible. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll review the issue and help arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Can I change or cancel a personalized order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel a personalized order. We’ll try to help, but changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed after the order has entered production. Please double-check all names, dates, numbers, spelling, and capitalization before ordering.
