We aim to make your experience smooth from start to finish. All wallpaper orders enter production within one business day, and you have a 5-hour window to cancel if needed.

We always work to ensure timely delivery, but occasional courier delays or unexpected events (weather, customs, etc.) may be beyond our control.

We don't accept returns, but we always replace the order if it arrives damaged in transit or doesn’t match what you originally purchased.

If that happens, please contact us right away with photos or a short video so we can make it right quickly. Damaged packages must be kept until we finish processing the return, as we’ll need a clear photo of the shipping label.

Most of our peel & stick and traditional wallpapers can be customized: adjusting pattern scale, tweaking colors, modifying panel sizes, or refreshing an existing design.

For larger changes, such as reworking the pattern layout or creating a brand-new design from scratch, an additional design fee may apply.
