We aim to make your experience smooth from start to finish. All wallpaper orders enter production within one business day, and you have a 5-hour window to cancel if needed.

📍 U.S. orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – all taxes and tariffs are covered by us.

We always work to ensure timely delivery, but occasional courier delays or unexpected events (weather, customs, etc.) may be beyond our control.

We don't accept returns or exchanges for custom wallpaper orders, as each order is printed to your selected size, material, and color preferences. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what you purchased, we'll gladly replace it. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos or a short video. Damaged packages and original packaging must be kept until the claim is processed.

For EU buyers, standard non-customized wallpaper samples remain eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All of our wallpaper designs can be customized free of charge, including color adjustments, pattern scale changes, and panel size modifications to better suit your interior.

For more extensive changes, such as redesigning the pattern layout or creating an entirely new design from scratch, an additional design fee may apply.

Orders are shipped from the European Union. Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.
