Frequently asked questions
What size are the buttons?
The standard size of our buttons is 1.25" (32mm). We also offer 1.5" (38mm) and 2.25" (57mm) sizes which are available for any of the designs in our shop. If the listing you are considering does not list them as an option, contact us to setup a custom order for you. Please take a look at a ruler before ordering if you are unsure which size you would like. Though these buttons are the exact size listed, we at times get unfair reviews from those who say the buttons "are smaller than they thought". We want everyone to be happy. 1.25" is our most popular size and most are very satisfied with them, but if you are ordering a design that has a lot of text or detail, then you might consider one of our larger sizes.
Are the magnets for clothes?
No. The magnets in our shop are refrigerator magnets. The last photo in each listing shows both the back of the pin and the magnet. The magnets simply aren't strong enough to work on clothing.
Can you design a custom button for me?
If you have an idea in mind, I am happy to custom design a button for you. However, this is only available for orders of 50 or more.
How much do custom/personalized designs cost?
There is no cost for a custom or personalized button, however you must purchase a minimum of 50 buttons.
How does the badge holder attach to clothing?
The badge holder has a swivelling bulldawg style clip on the back.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes. All items in my shop have a flat $3.50 shipping rate per order. When ordering, add all of your items to the cart before checkout to get that combined shipping on one order instead of placing multiple orders and paying to ship for each. I try to catch multiple orders from one person and refund as possible to combine the shipping costs.
Do you offer a discount for those in the full time service?
Yes! We offer a 15% off discount for anyone in the full time service. Please message us for your coupon code.
Can I get a refund if I feel my buttons are too small?
Respectfully, no. The size has been clearly stated in each and every listing so you will know exactly what you are getting at the time of purchase and every order is made to order, we do not have an inventory of buttons so there is nothing to return them to. Please inspect the size you are purchasing beforehand with a ruler so that you know what to expect.
