This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share personal information when you purchase an item from Patterned Living by Jenny, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.

This policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy, Printify, production partners, shipping carriers, or other third-party services. Please refer to those companies' privacy policies for information about their own privacy practices.

Information I Collect

To fulfill your order, I receive certain information that you authorize Etsy to provide to me, such as your name, email address, postal address, order details, and other information necessary to process and deliver your purchase. You may also provide additional information if you contact me regarding an order or custom request.

Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It

I collect, use, and share personal information only as reasonably necessary to:

• fulfill your order and provide the products or services you requested;
• communicate with you regarding your order and provide customer support;
• resolve disputes or address problems with an order;
• comply with Etsy's Seller Policy, Terms of Use, and other marketplace requirements;
• comply with applicable legal, tax, regulatory, or court requirements; and
• protect legitimate business interests, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

I do not use information supplied to me through an Etsy transaction to send unsolicited marketing communications. Where consent is legally required for marketing, I will only use personal information for that purpose after obtaining the appropriate consent.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

I share personal information only for limited business purposes and when reasonably necessary.

Etsy: Information is shared with Etsy as necessary to conduct transactions and comply with Etsy's policies and Terms of Use.

Production and fulfillment providers: Because my products are made to order, necessary order information may be shared with production and fulfillment partners, including Printify and the applicable print provider, solely as necessary to manufacture, fulfill, and ship your order.

Shipping and delivery providers: Necessary information such as your name and delivery address may be provided to postal services and shipping carriers so that your order can be delivered.

Legal requirements: I may collect, retain, use, or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, tax requirements, government requests, prevent fraud or security issues, enforce agreements, or protect the rights and safety of my customers or business.

Data Retention

I retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide my services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Information may also be retained when necessary to comply with legal, tax, regulatory, accounting, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping obligations.

Transfers Outside the European Economic Area

I am based in the United States, and some of the service providers involved in processing and fulfilling orders may also operate outside the European Economic Area. As a result, personal information necessary to complete a transaction may be processed in countries outside the EEA. Such processing is limited to what is necessary to provide the requested services or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
