Production typically takes 3–7 business days, as every item is printed and prepared specifically for you to ensure color richness and design integrity.

Once completed, standard U.S. shipping generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

During high-volume seasons or holidays, production times may extend slightly — but I always work to ensure your piece arrives as promptly as possible.

Each piece is designed to be layered into your home and lived with beautifully.

To preserve the depth of color and intricate detail, wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, turning patterned surfaces inward before laundering. Tumble dry low and avoid direct heat, bleach, or dry cleaning to protect the integrity of the printed design.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will gladly make it right.

Yes. Many of our patterned designs can be customized to your preferred color palette. You can choose the background color and the pattern/design color. We will share a mock-up view before finalizing
