Frequently asked questions
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All orders are sent with Royal Mail and, during the weekdays, they usually arrive in 48 hours. I also ship on Saturdays. My customers say that packages arrive quite quickly.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
I do not offer gift wrapping, but I am considering it. However, for the A6 personalised note card sets, I have the option of adding a minimalist, sturdy white gift box and beautiful recycled cotton ribbon.
How do you package the items?
All orders are wrapped in recycled white tissue paper, and depending on the size, they are sent in:
- board-backed recycled envelope
- recycled small box
- recycled large box
- recycled parcel box
All packaging materials are eco-friendly, made from recycled post-consumer waste and biodegradable.
Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
Yes, I am happy to accommodate bespoke designs. Just send me a message with your idea, and we can discuss it :)
What happens if my item does not arrive?
I hope this never happens to you. But if it does, I am happy to refund or resend the item(s). Although I track every shipment and sometimes contact buyers to see if their items have arrived, please do send me a message, and I will do my best to remedy the situation.
Notecard and greeting card sets are always sent with tracked post.
How do you come up with the artworks and designs?
I love art, and I like spending time in art galleries and museums. Inspiration really comes from everywhere. Sometimes, it hits like lightning, and sometimes, I must search for it.
However, I am always inspired by people's kindness and care for each other. Sending a handwritten note or a card shows we care for one another. What's better than that?
I love to draw, and it really helps me to be who I am. And.... I have been a designer for the last 15 years and graduated from two art schools.
