What if I see a pattern I really want and it's not in my size?

Please contact me. I may be able to find you something similar in the right size on my stock.

Do you monogram, add name labels, make different colours or shapes of your existing items, to fit a specific need?

Yes. Most of the time, the individual item will state if it can be customised or personalised, either in description or through the customised order offer on the page.

Do you join items together for bulk orders?

Yes. Most items can be added and purchased as a lot, however you can ask for specific items to be put together in one job lot just for you.

Do your items come with care instructions?

Yes. If there is a legal requirement or a special way to treat an item to maintain it, then those instructions will be included.

If you see something you want to send directly to someone else, please let me know. I can send out cards with private messages and also wrap.

Can I buy and re-sell from you?

I do offer re-seller or "wholesale" options. Digital Patterns can be paid for in small bulk, at wholesale prices, and you have the right to sell that many number of copies, in shops you have disclosed to me and as part of individual agreements we both sign.

Or, I do have on-going royalty payment program per sale for larger quantities and on-going accounts.

Please contact if you are genuinely interested in becoming a digital pattern distributor ... when I get to make more patterns.

Most items will have return policies if they are different than the shop policies. Shop policy is no refund on any item which can be copied and returned. That's all patterns, unless there is a specific problem. This excludes Ioana's Christmas Quiting. No refund on these exclusive items.

Other items, such as clothing or handmade by me can be returned with the security seal still intact. If you have questions, please ask first and refer to FAQ - What if I am unhappy with my sale from your shop and want to leave a bad review?

It is imperative that you contact me before your review, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Any buyer leave less than 4 or 5 stars out of 5, without communications or who is unreasonable, will automatically be blocked from any further purchases from my store. I think that's fair.

You can cancel a purchase within 1 hour of purchase. I will send you a cancellation notice within one day. You can let me know then if you made a mistake or still wish to cancel. If you do not respond within 5 days of my notice, your item will be shipped and you will not be eligible for a refund.
