Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with feedback on your order during this busy holiday season, we really appreciate a honest review based on real facts, but in this case, unfortunately you have judged us unfairly. 1) We have shipped your order on December 14 and you have received it on December 17, also you have paid for the Standard Shipping Method, but we have shipped it out with the Priority Shipping Method. 2) We ship our packages from METAIRIE, LA you can see this on the label on your package. We will be more than happy to send all the details you need in a private message to make everything clear. We are happy to work with customized orders! If you have a design in mind, or if you want to add a hashtag or text on the front or back of the shirt, don't hesitate to message us. We love creating new ideas!
Processing time and shipping time
The standard processing time is 1-2 business days. We usually process and ship out the orders the same or next business day.
USA Orders:
Standard - takes 3 to 5 days to get delivered
Priority: takes 2 to 4 days to get delivered
Express: takes 1 to 2 days to get delivered
Canada, Europe & Australia:
Standard: takes 7 to 21 days to get delivered
Priority International: takes 6 to 10 days to get delivered
