Gold filled jewellery is a strictly regulated process which by law the gold must weigh 1/20th of the item weight, gold filled jewellery contains more gold than gold plated jewellery and has a higher tarnish resistance. It is made by bonding together 14k gold and a brass base metal by heat, so there is gold in the entire piece and not just an outside coating. Gold filled is a great (and economical) alternative to solid gold.

Our gold filled pieces are Hallmarked with 1/20 14kGF stamp of authenticity.

All our 14K gold filled designs are hypoallergenic lead and nickel free.

You have up to 14 days after receiving your item to request a return (date indicated on the delivery tracking information).
You can return your jewellery for any reason (excluding some items, please see our EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABE ITEMS section).
POSTAGE COSTS
Customers are responsible for covering the postage costs for sending the items back to us.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
• All returns must have a proof of purchase to be accepted
• All returned items must be in an unworn condition and in its original packaging.
• All returns require a proof of postage and must be sent using a tracked service or the label provided.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All our designs are tested before going in the market. Furthermore, our pieces are carefully inspected prior shipping. A long as basic usage instruction are followed, you should not have any problem with our Jewellery.
If you have a problem with our jewellery, we will fully support you. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We will carefully investigate the issue and if we conclude that it is related to a part or craftsmanship failure, we will either repair or replace it, at no additional cost to you. This is valid within 3 MONTHS of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and earrings & ear cuff (for hygiene reasons) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Are considered as custom products:
- Made to length products (other than the standard lengths available on the products listings)
- Bespoke products
- Personalised products: such as initial stamped products

Gold filled is extremely durable so you are fine to get your gold filled jewellery wet.
We do recommend you remove it in salt water and chlorine for extended durability. It is also recommended to avoid contact with harsh chemicals and perfumes such as:

- Lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics

Sterling silver tarnishes when exposed to salty air, chlorine, humidity, cosmetics, household bleach and other strong chemicals. To prevent tarnish as much as possible, we recommend that you store your fine jewellery in a safe, dry place when engaging in the following activities:

- Bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean
- Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
- Exercise

Due to an increasing number of bounced parcels, we will deduct the shipping fees from refunds for any orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Shipping fees are 25% of the order’s value and will be deducted before processing the refund.

To avoid this, please ensure your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible to update your address before your order is dispatched.
