I am happy to work with you on your custom order! We will collaborate on what your color and design requirements are and what materials I have to meet your needs. We will discuss timelines, your budget, and what to expect when it comes time to purchase your order.

Prior to beginning work on your piece, I require a 25%-30% non-refundable material and design fee that I will credit to the final cost of your item. Custom items cost extra due to the extra time and work needed. Costs will be included in item price before purchasing.

If you need your item by a specific date, be sure to tell me upfront, so there is time to order materials, make it, as well as for shipping.
CUSTOM ITEMS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

Please see individual listings for exact sizes. Since all items are handmade the sizes may slightly vary among the same item, but usually not by more than 1/2 inch.
Paw Pets is not responsible for buyers ordering wrong sizes. Size charts and meaurements are listed. I will be happy to answer questions regarding sizing before ordering items.

Care instructions will be included with purchase. In general, most items are machine washable with cool water, tumble dried on low or air dried.

All items are packaged in a cello or zip lock bag with shop card and care instructions, except for bows. For gifts: Buyer is responsible for giving the correct, full mailing address in the shipping box when ordering or there will be a delay in shipping time or extra cost.
No invoices on the costs will be included. Your information is on Etsy.
I generally do not gift wrap. I will put an extra ribbon around the product and in December I have special items and packaging for gifts as shown in each listing.
Convo me, if you really need gift wrap and we can make some arrangement.

I do not do wholesale items. Convo me if you need a larger quantity of item. I try to keep my pricing as low as possible, so there is not much room for discounts.

Please be sure that your receiving location is secure. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a secure location for receiving packages. USPS, UPS and FedEx insurance do NOT cover theft once your package has been marked as delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking. If a Porch Pirate makes off with your package it won't be covered by shipping insurance, You will need to file under your home owner's or renter's insurance and file a police report. If your receiving location isn't secure you should consider using a package receiving company like Mailboxes etc. UPS and FedEx also allows you to direct a package to one of their locations.
