How do I tell you the name and info to engrave on the tag?
You can leave the pet’s name, font choice (if applicable), and back-side info in the personalization box, order note, or by sending us a message after placing the order.
We will engrave exactly what you provide — so please double-check spelling and details!
Can I personalize the tag in another language or with special characters?
Yes! We can engrave names or information in any language — including Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, and more. We also support symbols like hearts (♥), stars (★), and paw prints (🐾).
How do I choose the right size?
Each pet tag listing includes a size chart in the product photos. We recommend checking the tag dimensions and comparing them to your pet's collar or current tag.
If you’re unsure, feel free to message us — we’re happy to help you choose the best fit.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Here’s an estimated timeline including processing and shipping:
USA: 10–13 days
UK: 9–12 days
Germany: 10–13 days
France: 10–15 days
Rest of Europe: 10–20 days
Canada: 15–25 days
Australia: 10–22 days
Please allow extra time during peak seasons (like Christmas, New Year, etc.) or for unexpected postal delays.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Every order is shipped with a tracking number. You can find it on your order page. Please allow 2–4 days for the tracking to start updating.
What if there’s an issue with my tag when I receive it?
We’re really sorry if that happens — we want every customer and pet to be happy.
Each tag is carefully checked before shipping, but if something goes wrong or arrives damaged, please message us with a photo and description and we’ll do our best to make it right quickly.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
No worries — we handle all taxes and import duties in advance. There will be no extra charge for you.
