4 out of 5 starsThe overall quality is good. Just as advertised. They are beautiful. I love them. I didn’t give 5 stars because the small ring fell off when I opened my package and the paw print fell off of the other. If this had happened while I was out and caused me to lose the item I would have been devastated. Thankfully I had some small split rings handy and used those (shown in photo). Very happy overall.

You can leave the pet’s name, font choice (if applicable), and back-side info in the personalization box, order note, or by sending us a message after placing the order.
We will engrave exactly what you provide — so please double-check spelling and details!
Can I personalize the tag in another language or with special characters?
Yes! We can engrave names or information in any language — including Chinese, Arabic, Japanese, and more. We also support symbols like hearts (♥), stars (★), and paw prints (🐾).
How do I choose the right size?
Each pet tag listing includes a size chart in the product photos. We recommend checking the tag dimensions and comparing them to your pet's collar or current tag.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Here’s an estimated timeline including processing and shipping:

Will I receive tracking information?

We’re really sorry if that happens — we want every customer and pet to be happy.
Each tag is carefully checked before shipping, but if something goes wrong or arrives damaged, please message us with a photo and description and we’ll do our best to make it right quickly.

No worries — we handle all taxes and import duties in advance. There will be no extra charge for you.
