5 out of 5 starsI love the mug even more in person, however it arrived broken into pieces from the arm and areas around the arm attachment. Justin was kind to refund the item asap. It has to travel a long distance, and the mail disregarded fragile stickers. I believe they also lost it, as it took awhile to arrive.
