5 out of 5 starsI am deleting my previous review as the issue with the cassette was an error on my part (turns out I was using old batteries). Seller was kind enough to reach out as soon as possible to try and help me out with how to fix the issue of the cassette. They were very kind and quick to respond and I really appreciate it. Also forgot to add in my previous review that it did come with some accessories aside from the headphones shown in the listing so that was nice as well.

📱 Absolutely! You can personalize your mixtape with custom label art, or even a QR code that links to a playlist or video greeting (more info about video add-ons below and in the video above ⇧).

How are your cassettes made?
Every tape is handcrafted—recorded, labelled, and packed by hand.
Choose from:
🔊 90-min Maxell: Clean, premium, classic feel.
🌈 60-min colourful tapes: Eye-catching, playful, and gift-ready.
Both sound great—just pick your aesthetic!
Add optional accessories, such as players and headphones (which we like to call Ear-Pawds!), via our Portable Cassette Player and Mixtape & Player Bundle listings.
What do I need to play these cassettes?
Any standard cassette deck will do!
For portable fun, The Roar is a Paws & Rewind cassette player with a built-in speaker and headphones, customized in-house — available in our Portable Cassette Player listing, or as accessories in our Mixtape & Player Bundle listing 🎧
Are these blank or do they come with music?
Both options are available! 🎶
Choose our No-Audio blank tape if you want to record your own (or want a QR code linking to a digital playlist instead). Select a Custom Cassette Tape, and we’ll curate -and- record your playlist. You can add an optional playlist QR code to EITHER type of cassette.
Add a time-lapse video or animated video greeting (delivered via its own QR code) to our Custom Cassette Tapes via our add-on listings.
What video options can I include with my Custom Cassette Tape and/or Ultimate Retro Bundle order?
You can choose from two unique video options (delivered via QR code):
– A personalized time-lapse video showing your cassette being hand-coloured, or labelled, being brought to life — perfect for sharing or gifting.
– An animated video greeting that pairs perfectly with your mixtape's vibe.

Why do you ask for two playlists (Side A and Side B)?
Cassette tapes have two fixed sides, and songs don’t split evenly at the halfway mark.
To ensure your tape fits properly and avoids delays, we recommend organizing your tracks into Side A and Side B before submitting.

You can paste your full playlist into both fields, and we’ll help divide it as cleanly as possible.
