Welcome to everything handmade by me! Looking for something special for your little one, I have it! If you don't see it, please email me and I am sure I can help you.

My hours are Mon- Fri, times vary, but I answer emails daily. I NEVER take longer than 24 to respond and shipping times will vary depending on the workload of the week. I typically email to confirm an order or update production time. Most of my items ship within the week as long as the fabric is available. At times, I have to order the fabric and from the time that I receive the fabric, expect to receive your order within that week. Please allow for busy times....such as back to school, football and holidays. If you need a custom order rushed, please message me for details.

Most items ship priority.....I do not add confirmation or insurance unless orders or over $55 or by request only and will add that to your invoice..

**AT times I may be unable to fill an order exactly as it appears. It could be as simple as the color of the ribbon or pillowcase ruffle on nap mats, I will replace myself. However, If it is a major change or I can not fill a request, you will be contacted prior** I also may be able to add a $10 rush fee and have it to you quicker than stated. Convo me for available dates!

***RETURNS/REFUNDS; due to the nature and type of products that I create, I will not refund the cost for a personalized item, however if is created at my fault, you can return the item within 7 days and I will be happy to fix it. If we discussed a timely manner to receive your item purchased, I will compensate for the error on my part.

Please do not copy, I work hard to create unique items and do not appreciate someone copying m hard work... Some say that "copy" is flattery, but I would prefer an email as a complement than to copy my work..
*****Thank you for your order. As with all handmade and applique’ clothing, I suggest that you either hand wash or machine wash on delicate and do not dry. Materials have already been dried to preshrink, and drying will wear out the fabrics faster.*
