Our general processing time, unless otherwise stated within an individual listing, is 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that this is in addition to the shipping times listed below. All shipping rates are calculated based on item weight and destination. Multiple shipping options are available at checkout.
➤ DOMESTIC (US) Customers:
Our default shipping method is USPS First Class service, which averages 3-5 business days. Priority Shipping (US only) is slightly quicker at 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that these are US Postal service estimates--not guarantees. The only guaranteed USPS service is Priority Express (US only). Shipping time for this expedited service is 1-2 business days. Cost starts at $22 (for a single item) and varies depending on item weight and shipping destination. Please note that we are not responsible for damages occurring during shipping. If you like to insure your order please let us know
➤ INTERNATIONAL Customers (especially EU buyers):
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Airmail with insurance. Depending on the destination, international packages can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to arrive, but the vast majority arrive within 8-15 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot make any ship time guarantees for international deliveries.
Should your package go missing or get lost/damaged in transit, we will be able to file an insurance claim, but the required wait time is 45 days. Once the wait time has passed, you'll need to fill out a brief online form and provide an electronic signature to complete the process. We can then issue your refund in full.
Please take into account that items may be held for additional import/VAT fees in your country of residence. These fees are separate from your purchase with us, and it is your responsibility to pay them.
Please note that our shipping charge only covers the cost to ship and insure your items. It does not cover any additional brokerage fees and/or import taxes you may incur.
Customers in the UNITED KINGDOM: Orders totaling £15 or more are subject to the your country's current VAT rate. An additional brokerage fee or customs charge may also be applied to your purchase. These fees are separate from your purchase with us, and it is your responsibility to pay them.

Refunds and Exchanges
1. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
2. Items are in their *ORIGINAL* selling condition, showing absolutely no signs of wear and tear.
3. Items are completely free of all odors, including but not limited to perfume, cologne, cigarette smoke, and pet odors/pet hair.
