Welcome to Peach Pod!

I have loved crafting since childhood. I come from a family of quilters and seamstresses, so I've always been surrounded by the joy and creativity of crafting things by hand. I was introduced to crafting by my grandmother, Nancy. Nana could sew anything and everything! Her sewing room was one of my favorite places to be, with so many beautiful treasures in various stages of completion. To this day, the sound and scent of a sewing machine brings back wonderful childhood memories.

I've dabbled in various crafts over the years, including quilting, cross stitch, and woodworking. Right now my passions are sewing with felt, and my lifelong love of drawing. I hope the creations in my shop can bring someone joy! :)

I offer embroidered felt jewelry and accessories, gifts, and hand-drawn original artwork. All items are designed by me and carefully constructed by hand from quality materials. Custom orders are welcome! :)

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
I want you to be happy with your order! Please contact me with any issues; I will work with you to resolve the problem. :)

Returns/refunds will be accepted within 7 days of delivery (for US addresses, international orders will take longer). Item must be in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
Payment
Paypal,credit cards (through direct checkout), and Etsy gift cards are accepted. Custom orders must be paid in full before work begins.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. All items are safely packaged.

International buyers: Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees. Shipping is through USPS international mail. Please note that international shipping can take several weeks or more!

UK customers: Please be aware that if your purchase is over the UK limit of £15 (about $23) you will probably be liable to 20% VAT and £8 handling charge to be paid to HRMC before your package can be delivered.
These customs duties & taxes are set by the UK Government and there is nothing I, as a seller, can do to avoid them. If you do not wish to proceed with your order, please let me know asap so I can cancel and make a full refund before the item is shipped. Once shipped, a refund of item price only will be made once the item has been returned to me which may take several weeks.

**NOTE: I will refund any shipping overages $1 or more!**
