I didn't love how the feet turned out, but I also used a different yarn that recommended, and having worked with the recommended yarn previously, I'm pretty sure the feet would turn out much better if I had used what the pattern called for. I still would have preferred stuffed feet to flat, but that's just my preference. I plan to try out a few with the recommended yarn next!
