TERMS OF USE - USAGE
Pear Blossom Designs images can be used to create handmade items, printed items, digital items, teaching materials, cookie cutters, embroidery, sticker sheets and more.
- You CAN use Pear Blossom Designs images in personal projects.
- You CAN use Pear Blossom Designs images in small business projects creating 1 to 100 items.
TERMS OF USE - PROHIBITED USE
- Images may NOT be claimed as your own artwork.
- Images may NOT be resold or distributed "as is" in any way.
- Images may NOT be used to create clipart, sublimations, digital patterns or papers, digital scrapbook kits, or printed papers for sale.
- Images may NOT be used to create digital production files for sale. SVG, Cookie Cutter, Embroidery or similar file may only be created to produce a physical product for sale.
- Images may NOT be used in a way that a person can extract our images. If images are included in a digital product, the file MUST be flattened (no layers).
- Images may NOT be used on RedBubble, Spoonflower or any "Print on Demand" sites.
- Images may NOT be reproduced, traced or altered and claimed as your own artwork.

Any items you sell must use photographs of your creation or watermarked preview images.
TERMS OF USE - PRODUCTS FOR SALE
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
- Images may be used in digital products such as invitations, cupcakes toppers, etc. The images must be incorporated into a design and cannot be resold as-is.
- Digital file MUST be flattened (no layers) so our images cannot be pulled from your file.
- Digital products must be sold to the end user. Digital products may not be sold to other Retailers for resale, or to Buyers to be given away.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
- Printed images may be incorporated into handmade products to be sold in small scale.
