1 out of 5 starsI have ordered this item on December 2011 and I am still waiting for the item THREE months later, going into the FOURTH month. I have been very patient and understanding and felt like she used my good nature as an excuse to push me to the back of the pile. Her communication has been terrible, at times taken weeks to get back to me. I do not believe that it is my job to prompt the seller to inform me about what is going on with the order. It is terribly frustrating as her other feedback is so brilliant, I feel dissapointed that I did not get this same treatment but I also hope that this is an isolated situation.

For orders or commissions of an item with an element of customization, sizing and/or fitting, we require a 50% non-returnable deposit before the designer starts work on any garment. The remaining 50% will be payable on completion of the order, before dispatch.
