HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTOS

After purchasing, please send your photo(s) via Etsy Messages.
Step-by-step instructions for both mobile and desktop can be found in the listing photos.

CUSTOMER CARE

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not happy with the final result, we’ll do what it takes to make it right.
We typically respond within 24 hours after receiving your photos. For pendant pieces, a proof will be sent for approval — if no reply is received within 48 hours, the order will proceed to production and shipping.

Returns:
Accepted only in the rare event of an item being damaged within our return policy window. We are not responsible for carrier delays. If an item is unused, you may mark it “Return to Sender” — a full refund will be issued once it arrives back.
