Our processing times are between 1 to 5 business days, and estimated shipping within the USA typically takes 2 to 10 business days. For international orders, shipping estimates range from 10 to 30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processes. We do not accept returns at any time. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will refund or offer a replacement. To qualify for this, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide clear photos of the damage or defect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer errors, including incorrect sizing or personalisation requests made after the order has been placed.

Cancellations must be requested via message within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

If you need to update your shipping or address details, please message us within 12 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate these changes, but updates may not be possible once the order has entered production.
