I am incredibly grateful to them and couldn't imagine a better urn than the one they made. Very grateful that they gave my dearest little dog the most beautiful forever home.

The customer service from this seller is very kind, patient, and understanding. They guided me through the process of Apple’s urn every steps of the way. 3 out of 5 starsIt looks really nice. Excellent customer service. The only issue is that the color in the catalog sample didn't match the final result; that was the one thing we weren't entirely convinced by. We chose a lilac color, and the final result is more pinkish. But it looks really nice 💕
