For orders with custom names, yes! Once you place your order, you will receive a design preview within 1-3 days. You can request changes to the design until it’s perfect for you!

There’s no limit to the number of edits! All changes are included in your order

To remove wrinkles:

⇾ Use a steamer for a quick and easy fix.
⇾ Toss it in the dryer on the wrinkle-release setting.
⇾ Use an iron with a cloth placed between the fabric and the iron.

Do not use an iron directly on the fabric.

⇾ Velcro or putty
⇾ You can cut small slits in the corners and add grommets
⇾ Use 3M double-sided tape (no damage to your walls!)
⇾ Pin or nail it up directly
⇾ Fold the top edge to create a pocket for a rod or pole, then glue or sew it in place.

Orders: Processed and sent to print within 3-5 business days depending on communication.

Our refund policy allows for a 14-day window from the date of delivery to request a refund if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Since all of our products are made to order, all sales are considered final. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, even if you’ve changed your mind about the product or no longer require it.

If your package is lost or stuck in pre-transit, please contact me, and I’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent out. If your package is damaged during delivery, the issue lies with the carrier.

With proof of the issue, I will evaluate it and send a replacement. If there isn’t enough time before your event or required date, I will issue a full refund instead.

As all items are made to order, all sales are final. However, in the case of damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, I will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund if necessary.

If you need your order by a specific date, please place it at least 3 weeks before your event to ensure timely arrival. Orders placed 3-4 weeks ahead have a 90% chance of arriving on time, but we cannot guarantee it.

🚨 Orders needed in less than 2 weeks cannot be fulfilled. Please plan accordingly to avoid disappointment!

All screens display colors differently, so slight variations may occur between your monitor or phone and the printed version.

The ambient lighting in your space can influence how the color appears:
⇾ Warm lighting (incandescent bulbs) can make colors appear softer or more yellow.
⇾ Cool lighting (fluorescent bulbs) can make them look sharper or slightly blue.
⇾ Natural daylight and the brightness of the room can change how the color looks.
