The ring has a soft feel, no sharp edges, and is exactly what is being advertised. Also, I noticed the personalized engraving stands out more clearly than the others. Great Ring.

Tungsten Carbide Rings - General Information
Tungsten rings are very resistant to scratching. They are durable and won’t bend out of shape like silver and gold rings. But they do have brittle properties and can break/crack if they encounter significant impact with hard objects. The original color of tungsten is light gray. Tungsten rings with colors are basically ion plated over its original color.
Ring Details / Sizing Details for Tungsten Rings
The rings are made with domed inner surface with curved inner edges, COMFORT-FIT. It makes the ring very comfortable to wear. But be advised -due to this reason- the ring can run slightly bigger, about a quarter size. It is recommended to visit a nearby jewelry shop and ask to be sized specifically for Comfort-Fit.
Laser Engraving for Tungsten Rings
We offer free personalized laser engraving. Depending on the size of the ring, 30-40 letters/numbers can be engraved.
Processing and Shipping Details
They are ready to ship within 1-2 business days. USPS First Class mail is used for standard shipping. A tracking number is provided via email when the package is shipped. Faster shipping option is available.
Returns and Exchanges
NON-PERSONALIZED RINGS
We accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized rings.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns for refund. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Rings must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Rings with clear signs of wear or scratches will be returned back.
Please, allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed once the returned item is received by us.
PERSONALIZED RINGS
Personalized rings are not eligible for exchanges or returns because the personalization is permanent and can’t be erased. And tungsten rings are not resizable.
But we offer an additional discount on your second purchase.
Maintenance - Tungsten
Cleaning - Mix a small amount of mild liquid soap with warm water and use a soft cloth to clean the ring. Then, rinse the ring with clean water and dry it with a soft clean towel. It is not recommended to use jewelry cleaning solution to clean tungsten rings.
Care - Proper maintenance is needed for color plated rings. Avoid contact with strong chemicals, household cleaning products, strong personal care products (lotion, perfume, sanitizer). Avoid contact with abrasive and rough surfaces.
Maintenance - Silver
Cleaning/Polishing - It is recommended to use a jewelry polishing cloth to clean silver jewelry. It is also recommended to use jewelry cleaning solution every few months.
Care - Proper maintenance is needed for color plated rings. Avoid contact with strong chemicals, household cleaning products, strong personal care products (lotion, perfume, sanitizer). Avoid contact with abrasive and rough surfaces.
