Care instructions
When you are ready to first light your soy candle, please allow the wax to melt all the way to the sides of the jar, this will prevent your candle from "tunnelling" which limits the life of your soy candle.
Our soy candles are hand poured and made in very small batches, not mass produced with machines. Each candle is going to be different. You may notice dark patches on the sides of your candles - this is completely normal with natural soy wax. This is not a defect, it's just because the soy did not adhere to the jar in those areas. If areas of your candle look uneven, that is also another sign of natural soy wax.
With natural soy wax you are receiving a much cleaner burn than other companies who add harmful chemicals to their ingredients.
Custom and personalized orders
We love to personalize your orders! Please note that when you are requesting personalization, it is your responsibility to double check your spelling. We are not responsible for labels that are misspelled from the buyer. We do not ever accept returns on personalized items.
Returning/Cancelling orders
Orders that have been processed cannot be cancelled. Processed means your order slip has been printed, your shipping label has been printed, and your order has been sent off to our production line.
If your order gets returned back to us for any reason we can do one of two things:
1. Collect shipping charges via Venmo and reship to another address you provide.
2. Refund you for the ITEM cost minus a $5 restocking fee. You will not receive a refund on the shipping costs.
We are not accepting returns on any of our items. If an item arrives damaged please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage so we can have it replaced ASAP. Thank you
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR USPS SHIPPING DELAYS.

When has my order shipped?
Etsy sends you a notification once your shipping label has been PRINTED saying your order has shipped. This completely ignores our processing times and starts counting down the shipping time from the date we print this label.
This does not mean your order has actually left our facility. Please check our shop announcements for updated information on current processing times. This is very important information. Our processing times are always updated and are reflected in the set of estimated dates you will receive prior to purchasing.

Broken/Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged please send us a photo of the damage so we can file a claim for insurance. If we do not receive a photo we cannot file the claim and can not replace the item.
Glass breakage - we always replace broken candles (unless it's a specialty item, we will refund you. Specialty items are glass pumpkins, Cauldrons, or anything seasonal).
Water/heat damage - it is up to you to make sure you have a secure location for packages to be delivered. If your package is damaged due to weather there's a good chance USPS will not cover the cost of the damage and therefore we will not refund the order. Make sure to recover packages immediately and do not let them sit outside for extended periods of time.
Items marked as delivered but did not receive
When this happens please contact your local post office. We cannot replace items that are marked as delivered since these packages are usually stolen and that is outside of our control. Please have a secure location for packages to be delivered.
If you are asking for a proof for a custom order
Please leave a "note to seller" on your order asking us to send a proof - if you message us WITHOUT leaving a note on the order asking for a proof of the label before printing it's a good chance we will miss it, especially during holiday seasons. Once we send you a proof you have 24 hours to respond. If you don't respond in 24 hours we will print the label as is and it will be shipped that way. PLEASE NOTE: if you ask for a proof of label before printing your order could be delayed a day because we send the proof to you and wait for a response and then it get's printed with our next batch of labels.
Orders over 20 candles & product boxes
Every order under 20 candles includes complimentary product boxes. If your order exceeds 20 candles we do not include these boxes because shipping costs increase significantly and we would have to ship the items in multiple boxes. Orders over 20 candles ship free so we would be eating those costs. If you order more than 20 candles they will come individually wrapped in bubble wrap to protect them during shipment.
For all orders 20 candles or less - if your product arrives with a damaged product box but your candle is perfectly fine, we will not replace the product box. The point of the product box is to protect the candle during shipment. Again, these are complimentary boxes and we will not replace them.
Shipping/transit times
If you need an order by a specific date you need to either write that in the notes section at checkout or send us a message requesting that. Otherwise, every order is made to order and estimated shipping dates are just that - estimated. We do our absolute best to ship items by the "ship by" date but sometimes we sell out of a certain size/scent and these have to be made which will take an extra day or so. Thank you for understanding! You can also write "substitute scent with one available" on your order so we can ship your order out on time if we happen to sell out of the scent you chose. We cannot substitute size since the costs are different and we cannot make that adjustment on your behalf. If you have any questions please reach out!
