EXTENDED STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GENERAL)
RETURNING THE ITEM

1. If the item is personalized (color, engraving and color of elements) it is not subject to cancellation of the purchase after 24 hours from the moment of ordering.

2. Each personalized product is not returnable.
- in the event of damage, the Store (PerfectStoresGlobal) may repair it free of charge and send the product back to the buyer.
- The buyer sends the product back to the owner of the shop at his own expense (please contact us in advance by message via the shop on ETSY).
- The shop, as a result of the assessment of a small damage (repair can be made by the customer), may return part of the money to cover the repair costs.

3. Return of ready goods (figures, bags, etc.), the customer can make such a return no later than 7 days after purchase. The customer covers the cost of shipping. At the time of damage to the goods on the way to the store - the store (PerfectStoresGlobal), may deduct any repair costs from the return.

4. Free items / GRATIS (provided at no extra cost and included with the order only if currently in stock)—if these are important to you, please check with the store before purchasing. Taxes and shipping costs are not included in the threshold for the free bonus.

REFUND OF PURCHASE COSTS IN CASE OF SHIPPING DAMAGES
1. If the damaged goods have a value lower than the cost of sending a new replacement, the store returns its value in this case (the goods are not resent).

INFORMATION FOR THE TAX OFFICE
Any transport costs are not earnings for the Store, so the Store does not include them in its revenues. They are not taken into account at the time of monthly / quarterly settlements. The customer covers the transport costs in full. At the same time, he releases BEST STORES Społka z o.o. from documenting them as a cost of earnings.

The PerfectStoresGlobal store does not pay customs duties on shipments to the USA. As a seller, we are unable to estimate the amount of customs duties a buyer must pay in their state. The buyer agrees to pay customs duties related to the purchase in their home country. Our store's prices for the USA are sufficiently reduced to allow the customer to cover all taxes themselves.
